The Little Mop: your local house cleaning company
The Little Mop was founded as a local house cleaning company in 2021, during the fallout from the Covid lockdowns. It was a time when many of us were struggling in different ways, and we wanted to play some small part in helping people breathe easier in their space.
We realized that a no-nonsense, hassle-free, and friendly cleaning service would be a significant help for local families in Flamborough, Puslinch, Guelph, and Dundas trying to get back on their feet.
Thus The Little Mop was born.
Since then, we’ve made it our mission to help homeowners like you take control, whether that’s through our regular base cleaning services, our hourly add-ons, or one-off deep cleans. We look forward to visiting every week, two weeks, or month, where we’ll dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down your surfaces, and clean your kitchen and bathroom.

Our Values
Attention to Detail
“It’s the little things.” That’s our motto, and that’s how we work. We pride ourselves on leaving your home a more relaxing place to be.
Trust
We value your home and treat it like our own. Trust our cleaning team to keep your space fresh without picking up, reading, or nosing without invading your privacy.
Confidentiality
Our homes are our own. We don’t gossip about our clients. Our mission is to help you reclaim your living space, not judge your home.
Service With a Smile
We want you to look forward to our visits. Our cleaners don’t just show up, dust a little, and leave. Sometimes a smile and a little chat can make all the difference to your day.
Proactive Cleaning
The Little Mop is about more than cleaning your space; it’s about keeping your space clean. All our services are designed around helping you breathe easier in your home.
What Makes The Little Mop Different?
We’re more than a cleaning company. We’re a team dedicated to helping you keep your home clean. Our regular base clean services helps you stay on top dust, dirt, and grime buildup, leading to a more relaxing space and more mental freedom to tackle other tasks like clutter.
We believe in trustworthiness, cooperation, and a strong commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. We’re flexible, and always take the time to help you meet your needs and goals.
Along the way, we’ve expanded our services, and these days offer a wide range of options to help you keep on top of your space, such as light carpet cleaning, car interior detailing, and one-off deep cleans.
